About Us
The company was started by Director Patrick Mcbarron who ran a pub in Cheshire. He was always being let down by the contracted cleaners. So decided to sort the problem and start his own company. Having the InSite of running his own pub and knew what standard the cleaning had to operate at and soon had a very good reputation of cleaning at a very high standard with a above and beyond approach. Barron commercial cleaning gained a popular reputation and kept expanding.
Going into the cleaning industry we have been pushing our boundaries with full paid training provided to bring our business up to the next level. Some of the courses we have been seen on is Rodent control certificate, Besa TR19, Health and safety & Fire safety. We have many more courses booked for the future.
What makes Barron Commercial cleaning different is our Director and Managment team all come from the food and beverage industry. We understand how important cleanliness is as well as the look of the building before a guest even enters the premises. The standards are always drilled and maintained by our team.
Our Team
Our team members are recruited in a traditional way through the advertising of vacancies and interview process.
Successful candidates are then put through a paid trial to see if they are suitable for the work. All team members receive proper on-the-job training as well as Health & Safety instruction and DRB checks are carried out at this stage.
Once we feel a team member is ready we let them clean a client venue alone, with a manager checking the standard of work is in line with Barron CC standards.
